Tips for Healthy Living for Teenagers 

Being a teenager is an exciting time, but it's also a period when it's important to build healthy habits. To stay strong and full of energy, teens need to eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly. Having a balanced diet means eating different types of food in the right amounts, including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains.
